Terms of Service

By using any NextRally products, you agree to these terms.

The basics

NextRally is a collection of tools for tennis players, including Brackets, StringLog, and CourtSnap. NextRally is operated by Uncommon Orbit LLC.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Brackets

Free tier

Free accounts can use all bracket formats and save up to 5 brackets.

Brackets Pro

Brackets Pro is a paid subscription managed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page.

Your content

When you create brackets or add information to your profile, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to display shared brackets so others can view them.

StringLog

Your data

StringLog stores your racket inventory, restring setups, and play session logs on our servers. You keep ownership of the data you enter.

Custom catalog entries

If you submit a string or racket that isn't in our catalog, we may add it to the shared catalog for all users. By submitting a custom entry, you give us permission to include it.

Data retention

Retired setups and their play sessions are preserved in your history. You can delete individual play sessions and setups. A setup can be deleted once all its sessions have been removed.

CourtSnap

Your data

CourtSnap stores all data locally on your device. We don't have access to it. Your photos, notes, and data belong to you.

Backups

Because your data is local, you're responsible for your own backups. If you delete the app or lose your device, your data is gone.

Permissions

The app may request access to your camera, photo library, and location. Each permission is optional and can be revoked in your device settings.

Export & deletion

You can export your data as JSON or delete everything from within the app at any time.

General

What we don't guarantee

We do our best, but we can't promise:

• The service will be available 100% of the time.
• That the website or apps will exist forever.

Account termination

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, spam the platform, or harm the community. You can also delete your account anytime by emailing us. Deleting your account removes all Brackets and StringLog data. CourtSnap does not require an account.

Liability

NextRally is provided "as is." We're not responsible for any damages from using or being unable to use the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of NextRally products means you accept the updated terms.
