The basics

• NextRally is for generating brackets, creating and joining matches.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your account secure.

Be a good community member

NextRally is built for the tennis community. Please:

• Be respectful to other players.
• Only post real matches you intend to play.
• Show up to matches you've committed to.
• Don't spam, harass, or misuse the platform.
• Don't use fake names or impersonate others.

What we provide

• A bracket generator for tennis tournaments.
• A place to find and organize tennis matches.
• Email notifications (that you can turn off anytime).

What we don't guarantee

We do our best, but we can't promise:

• The service will be available 100% of the time.
• Other users will show up to matches.
• Match locations are accurate (always verify before you go).
• That the website will exist forever.

Your content

When you create matches or add information to your profile, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to display it on the platform so other users can see your matches.

Account termination

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, spam the platform, or harm the community. You can also delete your account anytime by emailing us.

Liability

NextRally is provided "as is." We're not responsible for:

• Injuries during tennis matches arranged through the platform.
• Disputes between players.
• Issues with match locations or courts.
• Any damages from using or being unable to use the service.

Play safe and use common sense when meeting people from the internet.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continued use of NextRally means you accept the updated terms.
